How long does shipping take?

Most orders are made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order ships. Need it faster? Reach out before placing your order and we'll let you know what options are available.

My item arrived damaged.

Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order and include photos along with a brief description of the issue. We'll make it right at no extra cost to you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or canceled before production begins. Feel free to reach out and if it hasn’t been made yet, we will refund your order.

How can I track my order?

Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order ships. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or reach out and we'll be happy to help.

Are products officially licensed?

Yes, all merchandise sold through artist storefronts is authorized by the artist or creator represented on the site.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.

What size should I order?

Sizing can vary between products. Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.

How does it work?

We create and maintain an online storefront for your merchandise. Orders are produced in house as they are placed, meaning you don't need to purchase inventory upfront. We then ship the order directly to your fans. Easy peezy.

Do I need to buy inventory?

No. Products are made as orders come in.

Do I have to ship orders myself?

No. We handle production, packing, and shipping.

What products can I sell?

T-shirts, hoodies, zip-ups, hats, patches, pins, koozies, glassware and more. Click here for a full catalog.

Do I need artwork?

No. Even if you don't have artwork yet, reach out. We can either help create something in-house or connect you with talented artists we've worked with for years. Just let us know what your idea is, we can help you conceptualize it.

How do I get paid?

We pay our artists out every Friday for sales made during the previous week. A detailed sales report is included with every payout.

Is there a setup fee?

Do I get my own storefront?

Yes. Every artist receives a dedicated page featuring their merchandise, logo and links to website, socials or anything else you want to link to. Within reason.

Who owns the artwork?

You retain ownership of your artwork and intellectual property. Any designs created specifically for your brand through Best Damn Merch or one of our partner artists belong to you.

Can I sell merch at shows too?

Absolutely. We can discuss show inventory separately from online sales. Just reach out.
