All Best Damn Merch products are made to order. Because of this, orders require production time before they ship.

Production Time

Most orders are produced and shipped within 3-5 business days. Production times may increase during holidays, major sales, product launches, or other periods of unusually high demand.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Multiple Items

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on product availability and production requirements.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Best Damn Merch is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. While we cannot guarantee delivery dates or replace packages marked as delivered, we will do our best to assist you in resolving shipping issues when possible.
