Refunds & Replacements

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, changes of mind, or any other customer-related issue.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.

To report an issue, please email info@bestdamnmerch.com within 15 days of receiving your order and include the following:

  • Your name

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • What you received and what you were expecting

  • One or more clear photos of the item

  • If the item arrived damaged, please also include photos of the shipping package.

Once we receive your message, we will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

In most cases, we'll resolve eligible claims by sending a replacement item at no additional cost. Depending on the situation, we may request the return of the incorrect item before issuing a replacement. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds are generally not offered for made-to-order products. In situations where a replacement is not possible, we may issue a refund at our discretion.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 15 days if there is a problem.
